What we need

Mediaocean is revolutionizing the way the advertising industry buys, plans and analyzes media. However, a revolution cannot happen without dedicated people to support and enhance it. This is why we are?hiring a Staffing Coordinator?to focus on our digital sales hiring needs. Though the role will be primarily sourcing, full life-cycle recruiting experience is helpful. Agency experience is also a plus.

What you?ll do

• Consult, source, identify, qualify, present, coordinate, follow-up, disposition.
• Prequalify or pre-screen candidates for presentation to hiring managers.
• Identify, discuss and negotiate candidate compensation requirements.
• Provide weekly recruiting metrics and updates to HR team and client groups

What you?ll bring to the job

• 3+ years of recruiting focusing in the digital space
• Experience with sales recruiting in digital media
• Understanding of Ad Networks, Ad Exchanges, and Demand-Side Platform markets
• Extensive network in the media/advertising industry
• Strong sense of urgency and ability to prioritize
• Highly organized and detail oriented
• Bachelor?s degree in Business, Human Resources or related field or equivalent work experience.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
• Strong business acumen: professional communication skills, both oral and written.
